At Saginaw Partnership Center Nest, our mission is to alleviate hardship for some of the most underserved individuals in the Great Lakes Bay Region. We address urgent financial needs and take the time to offer personalized counseling while connecting them with our local resources to help them overcome poverty, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality.
Our vision for the Great Lakes Bay Region is to support individuals who are transitioning out of homelessness and have secured housing but are unable to afford furniture and household items.
We assist those facing financial hardships, such as utility shut offs or evictions.
Our aim is to restore dignity by providing the essential items needed to live.
Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
We are NOT government-funded. We are fully dependent on private funding, volunteers, and the support of our community. Without government assistance, we can provide immediate help to those in need.
We intervene to prevent utility shutoffs and respond to eviction notices. By working with our community partners, utility companies, landlords, and other partners, we negotiate reduced payments, arrange payment plans, and connect individuals with resources to address both their immediate challenges and long-term needs
Rooted in the call of Jesus and in partnership with the community, we work with families in crisis by responding to specified needs and fostering opportunities for new beginnings.
We help these families get a restart!
