WHY?
Repurposing gently used furniture and housheold goods keeps thousands of tons of bulky waste out of local landfills.
Donation Drives, volunteer-driven furniture deliveries, and home-building initiatives unite neighbors, creating empathy and community spirit.
Contributing to local charities allows residents to responsibly re-home items they no longer need while directly support programs that build up the local community.
Our Impact by the Numbers
Every donation, every volunteer, and every community partnership helps create a fresh start for someone in crisis.
Since the NEST Program Began
- Thousands of individuals and families have rebuilt their homes after experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, fire, incarceration, or any other life-changing crises.
- Over 2,400 beds provided to children and adults who otherwise would have slept on the floor.
- Thousands of pieces of furniture and household essentials provided at absolutely no cost to families in need.
- More than 85 partner agencies throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region refer clients to Partnership Center Nest.
- Hundreds of donation pickups completed each year by our volunteer truck crews, keeping quality furniture out of landfills and putting it into homes where it is desperately needed.
- Thousands of pounds of household goods diverted from local landfills, giving gently used items a second life while helping families rebuild.

- Continued serving families without government funding—thanks entirely to generous donors, churches, foundations, businesses, and volunteers.
